Riverlands Economic Advantage Partnership - REAP

This ongoing initiative includes 14 counties in the Northeast Illinois, Northwest Iowa, and Southwest Wisconsin.  This initative brings together business, acedemic, and community leaders from throughout the defined partnership area to develop an economic strategic plan for the region. 

Partners dedicated to enhancing economic opportunity and prosperity in northeast Iowa, northwest Illinois, and southwest Wisconsin include: Alliant Energy, Blackhawk Hills Resource Conservation and Development Area (IL), Greater Dubuque Development Corporation (IA), East Central Iowa Intergovernmental Association (IA), Scenic Rivers Energy Cooperative (WI), Southwestern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission, Southwestern Wisconsin Workforce Development Board and the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
