Keith ShermanEconomic and Community Development Manager719 N 18th Street, Centerville, IA 52544-1113 Keith has been in the utility industry since 1982. All of his utility experience has been with Alliant Energy and it's predecessor companies. Before joining the Economic Development department in 2009, Keith was a Community Relations Manager and a Strategic Account Manager. He has been involved in with economic development boards in six south-central Iowa counties. He is a past president of Appanoose Economic Development Corporation. Keith is responsible for community relations activities throughout the state and economic and community development activities in south central Iowa. Keith is a member of PDI (Professional Developers of Iowa). |

He was responsible for community and large customer relationships and issue management. He provided value-added products and services, along with business retention and expansion services for the company's largest commerical and industrial customers. Steve is responsible for economic and community development activities in parts of Iowa and Minnesota. |

His background includes relationship management with US Bank where he expanded relationships with existing clientele; and territory management with Cargill where he managed relationships with existing dealers and recruited new dealers and end users. He was instrumental in organizing county and multi-county economic development groups in eastern and northwestern Iowa. John is responsible for economic and community development activities in central and south central Iowa. John is a member of PDI (Professional Developers of Iowa). |
