WORKFORCE AND FACILITY READY FOR QUICK START-UP! Industrial Tooling and Fabricating is consolidating operations at another facility. 130 workers highly-skilled in metal fabrication and a 111,125 square foot metal building will be available for quick start-up. Building sits on a 9-acre lot. Barge terminal in Ft. Madison (4 miles operating 9 mo/yr) and Keokuk (22 miles operating 12 mo/yr) with loading and off-loading capabilities. Close to 4-lane Hwy and airport. Includes two 50' wide bridge cranes. Built in 1999 with additions in 2001, 2003 and 2005. |
