*Any applications received between application windows will be reviewed in the next cycle. Projects must be completed in the year that the application was received. Awards will not be carried over to the following year; however, the organization may reapply. Multi-year commitments are not granted under the Partnership Programs. Applications not funded during 2008 may not be carried over for consideration in the following year. | ||||
